As close to a scam as you can get

Tried to cancel an account that was unwittingly made my my elderly father, who has been charged $180 for several years now. They kept asking for more details to cancel and refund, and even though I had the transaction details they wanted further info from the bank, which I couldnt get.

Still trying to cancel this.

They list no email address or contact details, so if you cant access an account they just keep charging. Stay away from these people.

Also, no way to get in contact with them to solve this problem

Could not get an answer so tried to chat. My question had to do with getting Avira on our cell phones & which option to choose. Could not answer my question so am somewhat disappointed so far & may cancel & go with Norton which has a better price & hopefully can answer my questions.
